ZAIGE DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES (brand: Zaige) is owned by Jun Rex Duran Bungabong and based at Maslog, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

What we sell
- Online courses: Marketing Automation Basic + Advanced is purchased with a one-time payment and includes lifetime access to the purchased course content. There is no recurring course fee.
- Software subscriptions: Zaige-built products, including Usaply, are sold by subscription. Usaply offers AI role-play practice and coaching for life insurance agents. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Business services: Automation and growth operations work is provided under a separate agreement describing the scope, fees, delivery, and any service-specific terms.
Prices, payment, and access
The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, and included features are shown on the product or checkout page before payment. Payments are processed securely by PayMongo. We do not store full card numbers.
Course access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. Software access is provided through the relevant product account. Contact us if you need help accessing a purchase.
Recurring payments and cancellation
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. It renews automatically each cycle until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and stops the next renewal. You retain access for the remainder of the paid cycle.
Returns and refunds
Courses and first-time subscription purchases qualify for a full refund when requested within 7 days of the first payment. Recurring payments are not refundable once the billing cycle has started. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full. See our Return and Refund Policy for the process and timing. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Responsible use
Use our courses and software lawfully. Do not redistribute course materials, share paid account access without permission, or interfere with the security or operation of our services. Course and software purchases do not transfer ownership of Zaige's intellectual property.
Dispute resolution
Please contact [email protected] first with your payment details and a description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days and aim to resolve concerns within 15 business days.
Card disputes follow the applicable card network rules and your card issuer's process. Unresolved matters may be raised with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or, for matters within its jurisdiction, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). This process does not restrict your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
